This area is for customers that are not working with one of our associated partners and are looking for a few counters. 1 The best way to start this process is to take some preliminary measurements and draw a simple layout of the area you are looking to get counters for. We will use this to create our initial quote, so the more accurate it is, the better. But we realize you may not be comfortable or familiar with this so we will send one of our techs later to accurately template digitally. 2 Whether you do some research prior, know exactly what you want or come to us with an open mind, stop by our showroom. Here we will go over material colors & designs, edging choices, sink options and sealers. Choose from our many stock granites, quartz sample colors and vast remnant yard. 3 Once we have finalized all of your selections & pricing, it’s time to put a deposit down. Once your deposit is made, it’s time to schedule your template. This is where our tech comes out to make a digital copy of your entire area for our production team. In order to template, we need a few things to be on site: 4 After template, our Retail Project Manager will go over the template paperwork and look for any changes. As long as there are no issues and you were there to sign, your job will go into production. 5 The majority of individual jobs will take a week to complete fabrication. A day prior to installation, our office will reach out to confirm the date and give you an approximate window for our arrival. We work with dozens of designers, commercial contractors, K&B dealers, production, and custom builders as their trusted source for countertops. If you are working with one of them, this is what you should expect: 1 At this point, whoever is managing your project will have provided us with a cabinet layout and any other relevant information we would need in order to take the next step. Your contractor or designer may send you to take a look at our showroom before they send the measurements over, but those are an essential part of our process that we will need to proceed. 2 It is at this point that you will make decisions on material, color, edging, and hardware. Depending on who you are partnering with and your specific needs, you may be able to do this from their showroom. But you may also be making a trip to come see us! Visiting our showroom, you will experience expert advice, insight, and assistance while you browse our many quartz samples, a vast inventory of granite, and remnant selections. You may also choose from our sinks and faucets while we answer your questions and go over different options for your new countertops. 3 Once we have finalized all of your selections, we will send everything over to your designer or contractor. Once all the details have been smoothed out and they give us the green light, it will be time to schedule your template.
